Castilleja is the scientific name for the wildflower Indian Paintbrush.

In addition to bringing joy and wonder every time it is witnessed in the mountains, the flower essence for Indian Paintbrush is all about creating space for creative expression, encouraging confidence and clarity, and supports the forging of a new path.

Castilleja Flower Essences are here to remind you why you are here (to share your unique gifts with the world), what you are capable of (more than you realize), and the joys to be had in the midst of this wild human experience (it’s time to find a little levity and creativity).

Castilleja was founded to help us all deepen our connection to our true / liberated soul selves through the magic of plant spirit medicine, and I cannot wait to share it with you all.

A Gemini sun through and through, with a bit of Scorpio rising for spice and sarcasm, and Aquarius moon for constant curiosity.
While my playlists can widely vary from gentle and mellow meditation to wild and heavy metal, my current favorites are Sampha the Great, Surprise Chef, KAMAUU, and Little Dragon.
When not in the studio or out creating essences, I can be found hiking the local trails, mountain biking with friends, teaching yoga in downtown Bozeman, or having a dance party in my kitchen with my partner and son.
