In your personalized flower essence session, you will experience a transformative one-on-one consultation intended to support your highest good. Through an intuitive counseling process, we will work together to identify any areas of your life where you feel stuck or challenged, explore what energies may be lying beneath these difficult patterns, and then create a custom blend of essences designed to guide you to feeling liberated, expansive, and more authentically you.
Other holistic modalities may be included in this session, including Reiki healing, mindfulness meditation, somatic movement, breath work, and more.
Each flower essence session includes one handcrafted essence blend for you to take home, a document outlining your intention and the properties of your unique blend, and personalized instructions for how to work with it. Virtual sessions will receive their custom essence within 5-10 days via mail.
