Private Session Policies
Cancellations: All cancellations or reschedules must be made more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment via email or text only. Any changes within that 24 hour window will be charged in full. Please give as much notice as possible to any changes needed.
No-Show: Failure to show up for scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount.
Please arrive on time for appointments. There is a waiting room on the central floor at the top of the front stairs, so please rest here upon arrival and I will come meet you there. Any late arrivals are not guaranteed the full scheduled time and will still be charged the full fee.
While I love children and pets, please leave them at home for your session (unless specifically requested and approved). Service animals are welcome, but please let me know ahead of time if possible.
By booking a session with Castilleja, you acknowledge that while this holistic process can do incredible things, there are no guarantees of experience. My clients have a range of experiences, and it may take multiple sessions to work through specific areas of focus. There is no quick fix, and this work is is intended to be a complement to other self care practices.
Shipping & Ordering FAQs
How quickly will my custom essence be processed?
Custom essence blends are sent out as soon as possible. Typically, they are shipped within 6-8 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our custom essence offering, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
How long will it take to receive my essence?
We currently ship via USPS priority, and it should arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping (however, often it will arrive sooner). Castilleja does not guarantee shipping times, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once it is delivered to the post office.
We Are experiencing hot/cold weather where I live. Will my essence be okay?
Your essence will be okay on its journey to you in the midst of fluctuating weather, but we recommend bringing it inside and storing it at room-tempture at arrival. Should you notice any cracks in the bottle if it was shipped in sub-zero temps, please notify Castilleja and we will get it resolved for you.
